  • Camera and Photo Data: Photos captured through the device camera during order completion, including images of delivered items and on-screen signature captures, used as proof of delivery for verification purposes. Photos may also be selected from the device photo library for attachment as delivery evidence.
  • Device Information: Information about the devices used to access our services, including hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information.
  • Push Notification Tokens: Device tokens used to deliver push notifications for route assignments, task updates, and operational alerts.
  • Third-Party Data: Information received from third-party sources such as IoT sensors, telematics hardware, and partner integrations that form part of the fleet management ecosystem.
  • Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, company name, and other details provided during registration or account management.
  • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our application, including access times, pages viewed, and features used.

3. How We Use Your Information

Tracellent uses the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: To operate, maintain, and improve our fleet management services, including real-time tracking, route planning, delivery task management, proof-of-delivery capture, driver attendance verification, reporting, and analytics features.
